Matias wants European Union to strengthen it's open source policy #

The European Union should have stronger policy to implement free and open
source software, says Marisa Matias, Member of the European Parliament.
"Public administrations should not spend huge amounts of money on
proprietary software when there are free and open source alternatives available".
